Translation

Proxeny of Timagoras of Rhodes.

The Council and People decided.

Theotimos (son of) - - -, [- - -]gonos, (son of) Auteas, proposed: to grant Timagoras, son of Nikagoras, the Rhodian, proxeny and citizenship, to him and his descendants, as well as the right of sailing in and out of the harbour, [for them and their goo]ds in war time and peace time [---].
