Commentary

This must be a dedicatory formula with a personal female name in the Nominative followed by the deity's name in the Dative. There is a preserved tip of a vertical at the left break, which is most likely an iota. There are many possible options for a personal name, e.g. Εὐαρίνα is attested at Olbia-Borysthenes in the Vth cent B.C.E. (LGPN V4-17759; SEG XLVIII 1017 A).
