Commentary
Πάρμιος є родовою формою імені Πάρμις, поширеного особового імені (33 засвідчення в LGPN online), більшість випадків якого походить з Причорноморського регіону та Іонії. Parmis засвідчений в Ольвії у III ст. до н. е. (LGPN V4-20899: IOSPE I² 201 I, 47 (s. Τιμόθεος)), а також п’ять разів в Аполлонії-Созополісі у V–IV ст. до н. е., двічі в Месамбрії у III ст. до н. е., а також у Наулохосі, Одесосі та Томісі.
